Software roots.
A wider business perspective.

My entrepreneurial background is in Germany’s software sector, through BubCon and AppMatrix. Running businesses meant working across sales, operations and the teams responsible for delivery.

Today I am based in Dubai. My work across the Gulf includes software and AI, technology ventures and consumer products. I take an active role in the businesses I help build, from deciding what a company should offer to organising the work behind it.

Building the business

Deciding what a business should offer, finding the right partners and planning its entry into the market. I connect those decisions to the people and resources needed to carry them out.

Leading the operation

Setting priorities, organising teams and staying involved in delivery. My background spans business development, sales and the practical work of running software businesses.

Developing the product

Working with technical and commercial teams to shape products around their intended market. I work on what the product should do, who it serves and how the business will reach its customers.
